2.1 Editorial content All articles, analyses, briefings, newsletters and other editorial content published on TMG are produced for informational and strategic intelligence purposes only. Nothing published on TMG constitutes financial, legal, investment or professional advice. 2.2 AI-assisted production Some TMG content is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools and editorial AI systems. All content is reviewed and validated by human editors before publication. 3. TMG Pro subscription
3.1 What TMG Pro includes TMG Pro gives subscribers access to premium content, newsletters, archives and analysis not available to free users. The exact content included in TMG Pro may evolve over time. We will notify subscribers of material changes. 3.2 Pricing Monthly subscription: $14 USD per month Annual subscription: $140 EUR per year Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. 3.3 Payment Payment is processed through LengoPay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the frequency you select. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. 3.4 Cancellation You may cancel your TMG Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
4. User conduct
You agree not to use the TMG website or services to: - Copy, scrape or systematically download our content for commercial purposes - Use automated tools to access or extract data from our website without authorisation - Impersonate TMG, Palabre Holding or any of our staff - Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory or harmful content through any interactive feature of our platform - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
5. Disclaimer of warranties
TMG content is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of our content. Market conditions, political situations and economic data change rapidly. TMG cannot guarantee that all published information reflects the most current situation at the time of reading.
